Have you tried our DOUBLE SMOKED SLAB BACON?? USDA inspected Pennsylvania raised, all natural pork.  Slow Smoked, not one time, but 2 times!  Fully cooked and ready to eat as is or sliced, cubed & chunked, heat and serve.  May be substituted for pork belly, or pancetta.  A must try!!

Tony’s Seafood — Smoked Meats & Seafood Story

Since 1982, Tony’s has built a reputation for offering the highest-quality seafood to both wholesale and retail customers. In 2005, Sharon and Scott purchased Tony’s, proudly continuing the same standards of excellence. Scott spent more than 20 years working in his family’s business, developing, marketing, and promoting top-quality meat and seafood — a family tradition that now lives on at Tony’s.

Smoking meats and seafood has always been one of Scott’s passions, a craft he refined alongside his uncle, Bob LaBonne Sr., during their years working together. Today, Scott and Sharon have brought that tradition to Tony’s, offering freshly smoked seafood and meats made in-house.

At Tony’s, we use only select hardwoods and premium seafood to create rich, slow-smoked, savory specialties.

One of our signature items is our double-smoked Italian-style Pepperoni Sticks. They’re first smoked with oak wood, then given a second slow smoke over our special Bourbon Oak hardwood blend — producing a deep, dark finish and an unforgettable, bold flavor.
